Beautiful company registers

Every company has to maintain company registers. The most important thing is that they’re fully compliant, and Inform Direct has always made it easy to keep a full suite of compliant statutory registers up to date. But we think a company’s registers should also be beautiful.

So we’ve given a whole new look to all the company registers that Inform Direct produces. They still contain all the right information, but they look a lot smarter and fresher. The company’s logo can also now be added, and an accountant can also insert their own details.

Including historic information in registers

When you import a company into Inform Direct, we save you time by bringing in all the current details – the company’s directors, shareholders, share capital etc – directly from Companies House. These details automatically appear in your online company registers, and it’s then a breeze to keep then up to date. But what about all the things that happened in a company before you discovered the easy way to manage company records?

Well, now you’ve got multiple options to integrate historic records in one place, if that’s what you’d like to do. You could, for example, upload a copy of the company’s registers into your document library, so they can easily be retrieved, reviewed or printed at any time.

Or, if you’d like to have a single set of printable registers that cover the whole life of the company, you can add historic transactions – share allotments, transfers etc. as well as details of former directors, secretaries and shareholders – directly into Inform Direct. A simple interface means it’s quick and easy to add in as many records as you need to, and you’ll then have everything consolidated in one place. When you view or print your registers, old and new information is seamlessly and beautifully integrated together.
