Inform Direct product update – June 2015

Over the last few months the Inform Direct team have been busily crafting some amazing new features for our popular company secretarial software. Here’s just some of the updates we’ve made to help businesses and accountants:

Tailored user roles and access for your clients

Many of our users have already invited their staff to use their Inform Direct account. You’re now able to better tailor the rights of individuals or groups of users – so you can manage which companies each user can access and which types of transactions they can complete.

Accountants can, if they choose, also now give a client access to their own company so they can also see all the company information. Again, if you want the client to be able to make certain changes and submit certain forms to Companies House without you having to get involved, you can individually shape their permissions.

There’s still no limit on how many users you can create, and no extra charge for each user added.

Companies limited by guarantee

There are nearly 150,000 companies limited by guarantee in the UK and they can now use Inform Direct to manage their company records the easy way.

We’ve designed processes specifically tailored for companies limited by guarantee, and offer full support for managing your company registers, Companies House filings, members, membership classes and membership certificates.

All transactions are set up as simple step by step wizards, in the form our existing users know and love. So whether you’ve been handed the company secretarial duties for a flat management company set up under guarantee or are an accountant with a few guarantee companies among your clients, we have the perfect solution.

Even more share transactions

Inform Direct is already the favoured tool for loads of companies with more complex share arrangements and we’ve now made it even better. Better support for unpaid and partly paid shares, making call payments and transactions involving non-cash consideration are just a few of the improvements we’ve made recently.
