We promised, in our November update, that there would be more improvements coming soon, and here they are.
This update contains another batch of improvements across a few areas of the system.

Portfolio screen report (including any custom fields)
A new report has been added that will include the details that are shown in your portfolio screen. This will include any custom fields you have added to your default portfolio view.
Subscribe to use our approvals feature
Getting changes approved before submitting them to Companies House is a feature exclusive to subscribers.
The report can be found in the Report tab of ‘Documents & Templates’.
Importing companies with unpaid shares and multiple share classes
Companies House is only able to provide information on any unpaid share at the aggregate level across all share classes. Previously, when importing a company that had some unpaid share amounts, it could only be imported if the company had a single share class (as we can be sure that the unpaid amount provided by Companies House is for the one and only share class).
Following this update you will be able to import companies that have unpaid share amounts and multiple share classes. Once they are imported you’ll see a notification on the dashboard for that company reminding you to enter the unpaid amount per share class.
Once you have added this information you will be able to complete share filings and confirmation statements.
New document template
A new template has been added to the template library:
- Form of proxy for an AGM
This new template can be used for voting via a proxy at an AGM.
More usability improvements
There have also been some small usability improvements throughout the system, from improved behaviour of country dropdown fields to improving the readability of some action buttons, and many more.
