Companies House is making an update to several of their forms related to People with Significant Control. This affects both forms filed on paper and those submitted electronically, and takes effect from the start of 9 November 2017.
In each of forms PSC01 to PSC07 (and the equivalent forms for LLPs), the submission must now also include the date on which the new details or changes were entered onto the company’s PSC register. This information is already required on forms PSC08 and PSC09.
We’ve made comprehensive updates to Inform Direct so all the filings you make will be fully compliant, with the required details included in submissions to Companies House to:
- Add a new Person with Significant Control
- Make changes to existing Person with Significant Control
- Report that someone is no longer a Person with Significant Control
- Record various required statements related to PSCs or the fact they no longer apply
