In February we had three updates to the software! These included:
- A collection of improvements
- A new and improved signup process
- The ability to convert shareholders (wrongly categorised at Companies House) from corporates to individuals, and vice versa.
This update contains lots of useful improvements, including one that has been requested by many customers.
Do you form companies?
Inform Direct makes it easy by producing all the documents you need as part of the process.
Downloading Invoices
Previously you will have been emailed any invoices issued by Inform Direct. Now you will be able to access them from the account area of the system too.
This will apply to any invoices created after the release of this change (i.e. it will not be available for historic invoices).
Other enhancements
This update includes many other enhancements, many following feedback from customers. Here are some of the highlights:
- ‘Basic’ share/option/member certificates all have an improved layout in the signing section
- Documents that contain a ‘.’ (full stop) in the file name can now be uploaded to the document library
- The change of company name process now advices users of the process for CICs and companies limited by guarantee exempt from using ‘Limited’
- Some great improvements to the tools that our excellent customer support team use to aid with customers’ queries
- We’ve improved date filtering on the ‘Officers’ report (to align it with customer’s expectations of how this should work)
- Amendments to the ‘Edit service address’ processes for Officers and PSCs so that they send address updates to Companies House even when the building name/number and post code have not changed
- Resolution of an issue that was preventing joint shareholders that included a corporate shareholder from having more shares allotted/transferred to them
- and many more …
