As we approach the milestone of 400,000 companies managed on Inform Direct, we want to take a moment to celebrate the work of our team who work so hard to deliver for all our wonderful customers. We’d also like to introduce you to some new members of our team, with seven new appointments in as many months, as we look to further enhance our software and service to accountants, other agents and companies.
Delighting our customers is at the core of everything we do, so we have further strengthened our Customer Support Team with three new recruits. James, Ollie and Luke increase the Customer Support Team to eight – fully a third of our total team of 24 – dedicated to helping customers get the best from Inform Direct. They bring their client service expertise and experience to enable us to continue to offer the best possible support, with timely, practical and helpful responses to all queries backed by company secretarial expertise.

For new and existing customers, all our support efforts are geared towards you gaining the most value from the Inform Direct software. It remains our mission to provide amazing software features, helping our users to save time, work more efficiently and find new ways to delight your own clients. We’re proud to have delivered 20 feature releases in 2023, but we want to further increase our pace of delivery and do even more in 2024.
Andy has joined our team of analysts, who work together to design impeccable updates to our software. We have big plans, with powerful new features (and enhancements to some old favourites) as well as smaller improvements in the product pipeline. And we remain committed to ensuring everything we deliver is of the highest quality, so Stuart has joined our team as Senior Software Tester, strengthening our commitment to delivering fault-free software.
Our wider team extends far beyond the 24 dedicated people who attend our Ipswich office. Our customers, whether new or long-standing, are such an important part of our journey, and make what we do so very enjoyable.
