Confirmation statement portal improvements
We’ve listened to some feedback on the confirmation statement portals/automation process and have made a couple of improvements:
- Client portal logos now support larger resolution images (up to 3996 x 2160 pixels)
- A new report ‘Client portal responses’, which shows the history of confirmation statement responses made via the client portal for each company
Company formation checklist
You can now access our recently created ‘Company formation checklist’ from the template library. This easy-to-use checklist for accountants allows you to gather all essential details of a formation upfront, saving you time and hassle.
Other improvements
This update also includes a few other enhancements:
- When your account has a default ‘client portal link’ type confirmation statement workflow and you import a new company the last step of the import process will now point you to configure the workflow’s sender and recipient email addresses
- A handful of users were not getting emails sent to them when a confirmation statement was responded to in the client portal. This has been resolved for any new portal links being sent
- Some stylistic improvements to the Vintage and Modern share certificates
- We have moved to HMRC’s new VAT number checker – the behaviour of this for you is still the same
