Records management company Inform Direct have announced an alliance with KPMG, which will see its secretarial software being used to manage thousands of the accountancy firm’s small business customers.
The software, which was developed by the team in Ipswich, will allow KPMG’s Small Business Accounting service to submit annual returns, maintain shareholder records, update officer records and change company details for its clients, as well as allowing the firm to incorporate new businesses through the cloud-based system.
Henry Catchpole, CEO of Inform Direct said: “We have been working with KPMG for a while to demonstrate the ease and effectiveness of our system, showing them how it can improve the service they offer their clients, whilst making the secretarial process much more seamless and straightforward for their employees.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have signed an agreement with KPMG to rubber stamp their use of our system for their company records management team and we look forward to developing the relationship with them going forwards.”
