Exciting growth in companies formed in Suffolk during 2020

2020 might have been a tough year but Suffolk yet again saw a growth of 7% in the number of incorporations as compared to 2019. Despite all the struggles the positive numbers speak for themselves: 5,105 businesses formed.

There was a strong performance across the county with Ipswich accounting for the majority of companies formed with 1,243 formations. The Suffolk coast saw 821 new companies whilst St Edmundsbury recorded 708 incorporations. See more detailed information below.
