Leicestershire sees a huge increase in company incorporations in 2020

A rise of 12.8% in company formations in Leicestershire this year shows that entrepreneurship is alive and well through the difficulties of lockdown. Over 12,000 companies were created bringing the total to registered businesses to 71,425.

This brings Leicestershire up to 15th position of the total number of companies registered across the entire UK. Leicestershire also now leads all it’s surrounding counties by almost 20,000 companies.
