Big increase in companies incorporated in West Sussex in 2018

West Sussex experienced a significant uptick in company incorporations in 2018, as 6,048 companies were formed during the year. That compares favourably with the 5,598 companies incorporated in 2017, and brings the total number based in the county to 51,556 at the close of 2018.

All around the county, there were positive new business stories. There were 1,242 new companies incorporated in Mid Sussex, 959 in Horsham, 894 in Chichester, 868 in Worthing, 819 in Arun and 798 in Crawley.
