Northamptonshire company formations grow by 4.6% in 2023

Northamptonshire had 8,191 company formations in 2023, a good deal more than in 2022. This 4.6% increase in incorporations (and 6,747 dissolutions) meant that the total number of companies with registered offices in the county grew by 3.7%. This successful growth allowed it to end 2023 with 53,911 companies, allowing it to keep its 29^th place in the national league table. All this represented a solid performance by Northamptonshire’s entrepreneurs that bodes well for the future.
