Their software is really comprehensive
I switched over to Inform Direct in early 2016 and have been delighted with the decision ever since. Their software is really comprehensive, very well designed and so easy to use. The level of customer support is outstanding.
We have been with Inform Direct for over a year and their well thought through systems save us significant time on all our Company Secretarial work. The level of customer support is outstanding. The team have always been proactive in keeping us up to date on all the legislative changes as they occur and the product is getting better and better.
For example, the transition from the filing of Annual Returns to Confirmation Statements including the PSC Registers was seamless. I was able to file confirmation Statements on the 30th June i.e the first day possible. Every accountancy firm should be using Inform Direct.

Inform Direct is the perfect solution
We decided to start offering a more complex Company Secretarial offering to our clients in the middle of 2015. Inform Direct is the perfect solution to accompany this. Very easy to use website with full support available
We started on a pay as you go basis but soon appreciated the benefits of Inform Drect service and moved all of our client companies onto their platform. I discovered Inform Direct at the Accountex Conference in May 2015. After the demo, I subscribed almost immediately and have not regretted my decision. Forming a new company using Inform Direct is very straightforward. The step-by-step wizard takes you through each step in a very logical manner. There are a number of time-saving features such as the ability to re-use common address details. At the end of the flow there is a really useful summary page which gives you a chance to review all the details before you submit them to Companies House. What is really helpful is that, if required, you can go back to any earlier step and change something without having to start the whole process again. It is a brilliant service for a busy accountant.

The Inform Direct team have responded quickly and efficiently to support questions.
We are a husband and wife team running a practice with a range of small to medium sized businesses. We wanted a single platform to manage the company secretarial needs of all our clients. It had to be capable of supporting the larger companies without being overly complicated for the bulk of our smaller clients. We chose Inform Direct because it was very easy to get started and we were not required to enter into any long-term contract. We have brought our clients onto the platform as and when required. Features such as the dividend wizard that have been added since we first started using Inform Direct have been great additions. The Inform Direct team have responded quickly and efficiently to support questions. In short I can recommend anyone with a small practice to try Inform Direct - it is much easier than going direct to Companies House and allows a much more comprehensive service to be offered to clients of all sizes for a very reasonable monthly fee. The software works well and Eunice in the support team has been most helpful ironing out any issues as they occur. Inform Direct has made filing returns much easier and quicker
Before I started using Inform Direct I would file returns direct with Companies House. While this worked reasonably well Inform Direct has made it much easier and quicker. The diary system is a real help and clients are able to approve the details of each return before I submit them. Of all the features I use the dividend wizard the most. It is great. It produces vouchers and minutes and keeps a record of all past payments. Inform Direct saves me a load of time and whenever I have contacted the Inform Direct team with a query about how to do something they are really friendly and helpful.

We are now able to provide our clients a more timely and more comprehensive service
We first started using Inform Direct in 2013. The application is really intuitive meaning that each member of staff can use the system even if they do not have much experience of Company Secretarial matters. This has dramatically freed up time across the business. Not Just Numbers is a practice which embraces cloud technology. We use Xero and a number of their add-ons and wanted a company secretarial package to also be cloud based too so all staff in the firm could access it whether in the office or in the field. We chose Inform Direct and have been using it for a while. It was very easy to get started and whenever we have had a query about how to do something the support team has been great. Inform Direct has enabled us to offer our clients a very pro-active and comprehensive company secretarial service. We have been using Inform Direct for several months now. We trialled it initially with a handful of companies and quickly decided to use it for all our several hundred clients.
The main benefit is that it is cloud-based, with a very simple interface that enables us to access and update Companies House records at any time (for example, in a meeting with a client), saving time and improving our service.
One of my favourite features is the ability to view our entire portfolio on a single screen and sort by due date for the accounts or annual return, as well as by name. From there we can drill down into the details for any company.
The support team is knowledgeable and responds quickly to any questions, while the subscription is extremely good value and pays for itself many times over in efficiency savings and client satisfaction

Wonderfully simple to use
Inform Direct combines intelligent design with simplicity of use. There’s nothing to download and no updates to install so it's quick to get started. Being online allows me to access it any time, anywhere which is ideal when visiting clients at their premises.
Inform Direct has a very neat way of showing me all the companies I am responsible for and I can see at a glance if anything requires attention. For the most common actions such as submitting an Annual Return they have designed some really handy shortcuts making it wonderfully simple to use.
Inform Direct will regularly compare the data it holds for all the companies that I manage against the Companies House records for each company. If it finds any discrepancy I am alerted – so there’s no chance of any unauthorised changes going unnoticed.
