We recommend getting your individuals’ identities checked and their Companies House personal codes entered into Inform Direct as soon as possible. Once they’re in the system, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you never miss a filing date.
This update: Personal code filing dates
We’re now consuming and populating all your directors’ and PSCs’ personal code filing dates as we receive them from Companies House. Please note that Companies House will be doing this over many days so this process could take up to ten days to complete across all records.
How will this help me?
The rules around individuals’ personal code filing dates differ depending on whether a PSC is also a director or not.
By relying on the dates Companies House provide, you don’t need to worry about the complexity of determining when to file a PSCs’ personal code.
For directors and LLP members, their personal codes will be filed alongside the confirmation statement.

How can I see them?
You’ll find the personal code filing dates displayed against each PSC on a company’s PSC tab.
Officers will not have the dates shown on the officers tab, as their filing date will be their confirmation statement next made up to date.
The next upcoming PSCs’ personal code filing date will also be shown in the key dates on the company profile, making it easy to see the next due date at a glance.
How can i report on them?
A comprehensive report of all the personal code dates applicable will be available under the persons section of the reports page.
